*Graphic Designer
What are we looking for?
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A proactive, responsible approach and attention to detail make the difference in problem-solving and providing excellent service.
What you will do
You’ll design print and digital materials for industries such as restaurants, gardening, construction, and cleaning. You’ll also interpret Mexican culture in your designs, making each piece unique and relevant.
Key requirements
- Experience in graphic design (minimum 3 years).
- Ability to write in English at an intermediate-high level.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mentality.
- Continuous internet access and the necessary equipment, including a PC with 12 GB of RAM and a cell phone.
- Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).
*Sales Associate
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in areas related to technology products or services, design, or marketing.
- Mastery of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to negotiate and close sales , with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
- Writing and communication skills in English at an intermediate-high level.
- A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach .
- Values such as commitment, service and problem solving.
- Ability to work remotely , with computer equipment, stable internet, and the necessary tools to work from home.

What you will do
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales goals are met.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Manage sales activities and the pipeline in a CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
